Nasi lemak is a Malay fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk. It is commonly found in Malaysia, where it is considered the national dish. It is also the native dish in neighbouring countries with significant Malay populations such as Singapore, Brunei, Southern Thailand and Indonesia Nasi Lemak Tanglin is one of the best nasi lemak in Kuala Lumpur. It has been around since 1948, serving breakfast to KL-lites for more than 70 years
